We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Fix My Dish Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  • Or contact us and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be billed again unless you re-subscribe.
